An unbeatable set for features, impressively sturdiness, solid performance and money. |
Effective, practical and worth the money — This tri-ply 18/10 cookware conducts heat evenly and brings impressive brown with very fewer hot spots. It distributes heat well on both gas stoves and induction ranges. It’s oven-safe up to 550°F heat resistance for pans and lids.
Cuisinart MultiClad Pro has good ergonomic design —rolled rims for drip-free pouring liquid and proper weight in hands to easy maneuver. All-around, we really love the feeling of thick quality, sturdy quality, like All-Clad and Calphalon cookware do.
Also,
America’s Test Kitchen praised this product for good pouring rims and no dripping. Also,
Consumer Reports gave it higher ratings than All-Clad.
Note that: the main different between the new version, MCP-12N, and the old one, MCP-12, is about the handle design which is more stylish and comfortable to hold fitter. There’s nothing significantly different about cooking performance, though.
