Made of 3-mm thick of wholly clad with tri-ply construction with aluminum core for improving heat conductivity (like clad cookware), the Spirit series show the excellent ability of cooking and energy efficiency. This is a rare nonstick gear which allows medium-high to high heat. Whereas the PTFE-and PFOA-free feature makes surely satisfied for safety-conscious some, the Themolon ceramic nonstick surface quite do further fulfillment for high heat resistance, oven-safe and broiler-safe up to 400 degree F, as well as totally nonstick surfaces. Moreover, it’s practical with most types of stoves, includes gas, electric, ceramic and induction stovetops. The all-around instruction feels well-built, even for the nonstick surfaces. Like typical norms, it should be prevented from metal tools, scratchy sponges and extremely high temperature.
