WHAT WE LIKE
Our first impression is on the combination of proficient chef, Emeril Lagasse, and under the top-notch handcraft of All-Clad. The cooking result is pleased some. By All-Clad technology, this sister-in-law cookware provides quickly and evenly temperature for serving beautifully nonstick cooking. Also, lifetime warrantee is their policy like All-Clad. The surprisingly adorable fact is it’s a safe nonstick product---no PFOAs and no cadmium. The whole construction is in normal good standard of anodized nonstick cookware. This Emeril ware is not the heavy gauge utensil, but it still make the feel of sturdy enough. The set is perfect for small family of four or couples. In our views, it needs comparatively low maintenance than others in the same ranges. The handle is in good shape and balance, a little tricky to lift up but very comfortable to tilt or pour. The outstanding feature is the pouring sprouts and built-in strainers which are exactly useful for coping with liquid inside without another piece of cookware and no spills. The pro-look is stunning enough for making your neighbors envious. For more reviews, we found satisfied ratings from Good Housekeeping for solid performance and a reasonable price. There’re many positive reviews from users from Amazon, HSN and other online retailers. WHAT WE DON’T LIKE
Many reviewers complained about the handles and lids got hot when cooking, which need pot holders to grasp when cooking. Some users said that the set is quite small. Another drawback, like most nonstick, it’s not allow for metal utensils, dishwasher or harsh detergents. Hand-washing is breezy, though. Also, this cookware cannot work with induction burner.
