WHAT WE LIKE
If you’re about to go green, but staying in tight budget, this is your option. Ecolution cookware is coated by hydrolon, a new water-based solvent form in multi-layer nonstick, instead of PFOA as traditional nonstick pots and pans. To tell to truth, It’s not a heirloom gear but has all basic features for everyday cooking. What’s more? Its containers and other materials are printed on 70% recycle. The cooking performance is quite nice. The nonstick feature is extremely satisfied with totally nonstick with very little oil---with proper seasoned; the pan is absolutely nothing stick. While the pure aluminum body makes great for absorbing and evenly distributing temperatures. Another bang is breezy cleaning. The cookware is dishwasher-safe, however, we recommend washing by hand to preserve the nonstick finish. The overall finish looks good, but not seems as solid as those quality brands; It’s quite light-weight, which may be benefit for little cooks. Still, it serves fine for everyday meals. Ecolution brand may be skeptical as a new face for cookware; however, this is a very attractive choice for trying an eco-pan for much less bucks. WHAT WE DON’T LIKE
First of all, it’s ideal for stovetop use only, not for many other types of burners. Moreover, it needs proper care like other Teflon nonstick pan. It’s not allowed for abrasive scrubs, cooking sprays, soft utensils and high cooking temperatures. Moreover, some consumers complained about tricky to tighten the handles. The Verdict
